Ferroboron is a core iron alloy composed of iron and boron, classified into low-carbon and medium-carbon grades based on carbon content. Its boron content typically ranges from 9% to 25%, with the remainder consisting of iron; trace impurities (including Si, Al, S, and P) are strictly controlled. It appears as grayish-black metal ingots, granules, or fine powder, is chemically stable at room temperature, and rarely oxidizes during storage.
