2. The influence of joining methods. The addition method of the carburant also has a great influence on the carburization efficiency. When charging, mix the carburant with the furnace charge, and place it on the bottom and middle of the induction furnace, so the carburizing efficiency is high. When smelting gray cast iron in a coreless induction furnace, the target composition of the cast iron, the ratio of various furnace materials and other process factors will all affect the recarburization efficiency of the graphite recarburizer.
